We have lead coalitions of industry trade associations pursuing improved funding for airport infrastructure, launched CBP and TSA pilot programs to enhance airport operations, and advocated with FAA and its Airport Improvement Program over grant and safety issues.

Fourscore has repesented multiple leading seaports on both the east and west coasts of the United States on infrastructure funding, grant compliance, environmental issues, port security, implementation of new technologies, congestion mitigation and much more. When the Biden Administration appointed a port envoy to resolve pandemic congestion on US ports, the envoy called Kyle on his day. Kyle has represented port and ferry workers, ferry lines and also port police. He also works closely with the Federal Maritime Administration on ocean shipping issues.

Kyle has been a lead lobbyist for Google, Google Fiber and Google X projects. He has represented Intel and McAfee on cybersecurity policies and federal procurements. He lobbied for Lyft and advised Uber. He served as one of Google's liaisons to the Obama Administration and was for multiple years rated the most successful Democratic lobbyist by Google staff.

Kyle has experience with Clean Air Act issues, nuclear storage facilities, solar and wind power electric generations, electrification of industrial faciltties and much more. Kyle has also advocated for conservation groups and enforcement of the California Coastal Act and many federal envirnonemtnal laws including brownfields remediation and the National Environmental Policy Act.

From Clean Air Act compliance and amendments of State Implementation Plans to siting of offshore wind turbines and funds for storage testing, Fourscore has combined congressional lobbying and regulatory advocacy to solve clients challenges.
